Mr. Salah Omer

Founder & CEO

Raised in the Sultanate of Oman and moved to Germany in 1988. He served as Head of Public Relations at the Kuwaiti Consulate’s Health Office in Frankfurt, gaining extensive experience in managing medical services for international patients. With over 30 years of expertise in medical, tourism, and business development services, he has built a strong network of investors across Germany, the Middle East, and Africa.
Responsibilities:
Leading the company’s overall strategy and expanding its service offerings in investment, education, and medical sectors.

Eng. Hans Ulrich Blassmann

Co-Founder

Studied architecture and civil engineering in Germany. Held senior management roles in large-scale public sector projects within and outside Germany. Founded ASP GmbH, a firm specializing in urban development and infrastructure. He also owns and manages a wind energy facility and a private medical clinic.
Responsibilities:
Advisory in development and planning, particularly in urban development, transportation, and energy.

Dr. Adil Abdel Qadir

Business Innovation & Corporate Development Advisor

A visionary entrepreneur with deep experience in building disruptive technologies and strategic partnerships. Successfully founded his own company and leads with a customer-centered, data-driven, team-empowering approach. Known for turning challenges into opportunities and ideas into scalable ventures.
Responsibilities:
Leading innovation initiatives and delivering sustainable solutions to support startup growth.

Dr. Wafa Abdalazim

Medical Consultant

A specialist in rehabilitative and physical medicine, chronic pain management, and aesthetic medicine in Germany. She has years of experience in coordinating medical care and advising international patients seeking treatment in Germany, including through telemedicine.(Telemedicine).
Responsibilities:
Providing medical consultations in rehabilitative medicine, chronic pain, and aesthetic care.

Dr. Nasreen Omer

Medical Consultant

A seasoned physician with extensive experience at the Kuwaiti Consulate Health Office, responsible for coordinating patient care between Kuwait and Germany. She is highly skilled in medical and clinical management.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating medical treatment for sponsored patients in Germany, monitoring reports, and overseeing patient care.

Dr. Hatim Nour

Holistic Medicine Consultant

An expert in holistic medicine and integrative cancer therapy, with long-standing experience in comprehensive care. He oversees the Virtual Clinic service, which includes appointment coordination, local clinic support, medical interpretation, and more.
Responsibilities:
Offering consultations in holistic and integrative cancer medicine and managing the Virtual Clinic service.

Mr. Dia Afifi

Certified Translator

A sworn and certified translator recognized by German authorities. Holds a Master's in German Linguistics and Literature, and another in Conference Interpretation. He is a certified German language instructor in Germany and also teaches Arabic to non-native speakers.
Responsibilities:
Providing certified translation services and teaching German and Arabic as foreign languages.

Ekaterina Müller

German Language Course Coordinator

A teaching expert with a Master's degree in German as a Foreign Language and a Master's in German, Romanian, and Slavic Studies from the University of Mainz, where she is currently pursuing her Ph.D. She is a certified Telc examiner, a trainer for learning difficulties, and has been teaching since 1999 at prestigious German universities and institutes, including the University of Mainz.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating specialized training courses and teaching German online to physicians and healthcare professionals.

Mr. Oliver Romald Siebert

Legal Advisor

A seasoned attorney with broad expertise in business and investment law in Germany and the surrounding region. Fluent in both German and English. His areas of practice include investment advisory, company formation, temporary staffing, international solar energy trade, contract drafting, and international debt recovery.
Responsibilities:
Providing legal consultancy in investment, corporate formation, and international trade.

Dr. Taysir Dhaifallah

Business Development Consultant

A highly experienced expert in crisis management and business development. She has worked with several German companies and international organizations. Academically, she contributes to research in sustainable resource management and crisis mapping in cooperation with prestigious German universities.
Responsibilities:
Consulting in crisis management, agri-business development, and global market expansion.

Eng. Braah Elfatih

R&D Engineer

A specialist in embedded systems and electronics, currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Germany. She holds a Master’s degree and has extensive experience in scientific research, system development, and circuit design. She has taught in Sudan and Germany.
Responsibilities:
Supporting clients in studying and working in Germany, managing inquiries, and contributing to software development and testing.

Eng. Alsiddig Ahmed

Engineering Project Coordinator

A seasoned mechanical production engineer with deep expertise in industrial consulting and process optimization. He also works as a cost assessment engineer for industrial equipment. He has spent many years as a mechanical engineering lecturer, sharing his experience with students and young professionals. His dual roles in academia and industry reflect his strong knowledge and dedication.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating engineering-related projects and providing technical consulting services.
