Mr. Salah Omer
Mr. Salah Omar, founder of CODE International Group, spent his childhood in the Sultanate of Oman before moving to Germany in 1988 to pursue his studies. Over the years, he developed a diverse professional career across various institutions, culminating in his role as Head of Public Relations at the Health Office of the Kuwaiti Consulate in Frankfurt. In this role, he managed healthcare services for patients traveling to Germany and oversaw all related aspects of their care.
After several years in this position, he expanded his expertise to include additional areas, such as logistics services, investment and educational consulting, as well as real estate and project management.
With over 30 years of deep professional experience in systems and services, particularly in healthcare, tourism, and general investment development, Mr. Salah Omar has established a vast network of prominent investors and business leaders across Germany, the Middle East, and Africa.
Mr. Hans Blassmann
Hans is a consultant specializing in development and planning across several sectors. He studied architecture and civil engineering in Germany and, upon graduation, quickly advanced to senior management positions in public sector project planning.
In 1994, he founded his own company, ASP GmbH, specializing in urban development, transportation, energy, and technology-related infrastructure projects, overseeing them from concept to execution.
In addition, Hans Blassmann owns and manages both a wind energy facility and a private healthcare hospital, roles he has held for several years.
